Let me show you how to reach all of your health and wellness goals in 2020!
CHANGE FOR GOOD is 4-week self-paced, online course that will give you the foundational skills and knowledge you need to start living the life you love, a life of HEALTH. This course contains videos, audio recordings, articles, discussion questions and activities. Here is what you can expect from this course.
- Week 1, CHANGE - We address the pitfalls to making change, why it isn't always your fault when change fails and how to shift your perspective to ensure success in making changes in your life.
- Week 2, NUTRITION - We will focus on nutrition and how to use "crowding out" to improve our eating habits. You will learn that nutrition is actually quite simple.
- Week 3, SLEEP, TRAIN - Now that we have a handle on our eating habits we will complete the mantra - Eat, Sleep, Train, Repeat. We will dive into why both sleep and exercise are essential to our health as well as some simple strategies to improve both.
- Week 4, PRIMARY FOOD - This week we will finish the course learning about "primary food", the nutrition that don't come on a plate but is absolutely necessary to our health. Expect to be surprised this week!
By the time you finish this course you will have the tools you need to make CHANGE FOR GOOD in your life!
